
The Grand Opening was attended by coffee Consultant, Dennis Lee and Art Toy’s Cafés management team that included Ms. May, YC Tong, Grace Tan, Olivia Chen, various media publications, well-known bloggers, key influencers and also members of the art toys creative community.

In his welcome address, Datuk Millen (in black t-shirt) explained that Art Toys Café is unique extension of its existing arts toys merchandise business Milolo which started during the MCO period. Their FIRST Milolo outlet was set up at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Milolo also has an outlet in Sunway Pyramid Mall. There are currently 5 Milolo outlets.

“We aimed to create a interactive space where our customers can engage with their favourite art toys in a relaxed and comfortable environment over some pastries and drinks, hence the creation of the very first Art Toys Café’. We hope to open another one by the next quarter,”

Art Toys Café is a fusion of art, culture, and relaxation, offering a space where visitors can enjoy quality food and beverages and immerse themselves in a vibrant collection of limited-edition designer toys and collectables. Art toys, also known as designer toys, are collectible toys created by artists and designers. They are either self-produced or made by small, independent toy companies, normally in very limited editions.
This blend of café culture with creative expression is expected to attract art enthusiasts, toy collectors, and those seeking special toys and an artistic ambience. The café will also provide opportunities for guests to purchase exclusive art toys, making it a one-of-a-kind destination for both dining and discovery.

Art Toys Café is a colorful and creative space where art meets food. Patrons can enjoy artisanal coffee, pastries, and cakes in a cozy but vibrant environment filled with oversized and various art toys. It is filled with regular or oversized toys of various popular characters from the highly sought after Labubu, Zimomo , Pokémon and Disney, among many others, including ones that can be found in blind boxes. It’s the perfect spot for families and friends to relax and to be creative.
“This is our very first concept outlet but we plan to open another 6 more new outlets in Klang Valley by next year, and maybe even in other states when the demand arises. We also plan to open a larger flagship outlet which combines both Milolo and also Art Toys Café in a single space in the near future. There is no age limit for art toys fans. They can be young or old. Everyone can appreciate and enjoy it as they will our Art Toys Café.” Datuk Millen revealed.
Art Toys Café is located at Lot F1.89A on the First Floor of Sunway Pyramid’s new OASIS wing, a reimagined retail space which is touted to be a jewel in the urban desert. You can come over and enjoy the great instagrammable environment and instantly huggable toys, and also enjoy the tasty treats such as delicious pastries especially their awesome butter croissants and cakes, as well as handcrafted drinks. Their pastries are made from imported ingredients including butter from France. You can also find Labubu Butter Cookies here. Your kids are going to go crazy for them. The toys at Art Toys Café will be rotated from time to time, especially the hard to get latest limited edition ones.
Datuk Millen also revealed that Art Toys Café will also be hosting toy artists from all over the world at their café for meet and greet activities. The following month will see a popular toy artist from Taiwan, followed by the Zombie Party artist from China, meeting with their fans at the café. Artists can also host their events at the café and it will be promoted through Milolo and Art Toys Café physical outlets and social media channels. He also said that he is happy to promote local artists many of whom have created very popular and successful character IPs. Datuk Millen also introduced a popular local character artiste Michael Chua, who was representing a group of artists known as the Malaysian Art Toys Showcase who regularly travel overseas.
Datuk Millen also recommended everyone try their croissants. He tested more than 100 recipes before deciding that whtat they are serving now was the best he tasted. He also recommended trying their coffee either in hot or iced latte form. The processed coffee beans are sourced from local suppiers who import the premium beans from either Indonesia or from other counties. They are roasted according to the specifications provided by Art Toys Cafe.
Art Toys Cafe is particular above the quality control of their F&B products and its food safety, and will be continuously monitoring and improving on what they offer their customers.
