The IKEA Art Event lands on our shores, making up a short-term collection that mashes-up tapestry art, rug handicraft, avant-garde fashion, street culture and modern design.

Eight of the world’s hottest creative designers have each produced a contemporary IKEA rug that could look the part in any art gallery. Made from natural materials and with the bulk of them handmade by artisans from India and Egypt, each rug reflects the trademark design flair of the designer.
