Within a short span of 3 years, PG Mall, the homegrown online marketplace founded by Public Gold Group (commonly known as PG Group), has impressively ranked 3rd most visited online marketplace among other foreign-owned online marketplaces in Malaysia, by iPrice Insights with a total monthly site visit of 1,688,500 visitors as of its Q1 2020 report.

Established in 2017, PG Mall is the brainchild of PG Group Founder and Executive Chairman, Dato’ Wira Louis Ng Chun Hau, who aspires to grow and push homegrown brands to global frontier under a unique Sharing Economy business model. In view of the evolution of internet over the last decade and rapid growth in eCommerce in the recent years, Public Gold which specializes in physical gold and silver bullions trading, equipped with online trading facilities since 12 years ago, saw an opportunity to diversify its gold & silver products, to venture into consumer goods trading under PG Mall Sdn. With a newly designed f/1.8- 2.8 lens with 24-120mm focal range which provides a 5x zoom (the PowerShot G7 X Mark III has 24-100mm focal range, giving 4.2x zoom), the PowerShot G5 X Mark II is poised to handle anything from shooting portraits to macro close-ups of 0.47x magnification and is excellent for creating shallow depth of field effects.

  • Fast, Confident Shooting

One major challenge of shooting fast-moving subjects is capturing that one perfect frame when the subject is in focus and in the desired position. Now, you can shoot boldly with the PowerShot G5 X Mark II and PowerShot G7 X Mark III. Its pre-shoot setting will start shooting at 0.5 seconds before you even press the shutter release button. Hence, the moment will still be captured even if you press the shutter button a split second later. Photographs can be taken at a high speed of 30 shots per second in RAW burst mode (and 20fps in jpeg), making sure you miss nothing, especially if you are capturing jump shots or your child blowing out candles on a birthday cake.

Both cameras include a panoramic mode, activated by a simple push of a button. With horizontal or vertical panning, you can easily capture panoramic shots with amazing details in high quality.

Both PowerShot G5 X Mark II and PowerShot G7 X Mark III lets users capture 4K movies without crop, allowing you to take full advantage of your lenses to shoot landscape videos.

With 4K movies recorded in motion JPEG, frame grabs are possible, allowing users to review footage and at any given point, extract a moment from the video and save it as a high-quality 8MP JPEG on the camera.

With a tilting LCD on both cameras, you can shoot from different angles, from the ground up, or from high angles to create videos with a unique point of view.
