Chinese New Year celebration is the time of reunion and thanksgiving, and is only complete with the tossing of the “Yee Sang”, which is a symbol of prosperity, abundance, health and all things auspicious.
Tony Roma’s is providing just that with its TWO variations of Ong Lai Salad:
Ong Lai Salad with Crispy Salmon Skin (RM38.88 nett)
This is not an ordinary “Yee Sang” as it is made up of special ingredients like fresh radish, zucchini, pineapple, carrot, red cabbage, red capsicum, walnut, fried won tan strips, crumbs and crispy Salmon Skin. In every bite, you will get to taste the crunchiness of the fresh salad and that perfectly crisp salmon skin.
2. Fortune Salad with Grilled Salmon and Crispy Salmon Skin (RM58.88 nett)
This has all the same salad and crunch, the fresh radish, zucchini, pineapple, carrot, red, cabbage and red capsicum, walnut, fried won tan strips and crumbs, but this crunchy goodness has a little twist. To kick it up a notch, it has both Crispy Salmon Skin and Grilled Salmon.
